I’ve recently been recording my technique warm ups live on YouTube. Don’t ever underestimate the benefits of warming up. You might have the most mature musical imagination, but without the technical execution it takes to bring your ideas to life, your ideas won’t come out. Your mind and your hands will be in a battle. But if you devote time to your technical facilities, your mind and hands will work together, like two dancers in wonderful synchronicity.
