Compose an Allemande in 8-12 Weeks

Make this September-November a time to accomplish something you’ll remember for the rest of your life.

Compose an Allemande in the style of Bach, with step by step guides and templates to follow that make it easy.

Your Allemande will be published and recorded by Daniel.

How it works: You’ll participate in a weekly workshop (1 hour duration) each week for 8-12 weeks.

If you can’t make the live sessions, then recordings are provided.

Level: Intermediate, minimum grade 3 theory required

 
 
  • Learn how Bach’s music is constructed, from things like form, phrase structure, transposing, sequences, modulations and more. We’ll study Bach’s Allemande BWV 996 in depth, looking at the key features.

  • Follow a plan that’s provided to you and start to outline your composition.

  • Fill in your outline and add the finishing touches to complete your piece!
